"A script called winefix. In short, it allows Wine applications to be run just as easily as those native to Linux, meaning that they can be linked to or run from any directory, whether from a terminal or even a file manager like nautilus. It also handles some of the more awkward Wine extensions like .lnk and .msi, akkowing them to be run with a double click."

"If you wanted to install third-party native software in your iPhone but you didn't had the necessary technical knowledge or courage, the newly updated iPhone Installer.app will make it so easy that it will be very hard to resist. We have tried it in Mac OS X and, as you will see in the tutorial after the jump, it works perfectly —including the installation of applications over Wi-Fi and EDGE."

"The application is only useful under MacOSX. Under MacOSX several internet settings which were available under MacOS 8 and 9 are still present and are still used by most internet applications, but they are no longer accessible by the user. So if these settings get corrupt for some reason there's no way to repair these settings anymore. MisFox makes some of the most important internet settings accessible again."

With this new feature it will be possible to install applications just by clicking in a link that point to a new apt:// protocol, it will call a dialog asking if the user really wants to install that package, if yes the superuser password will be asked and the package will be installed. It’s simple like that :)

"Picnic is a Mac OS X application designed to run on two or more Macs on a common local area network (LAN/WLAN).
It offers the ability to create shared folders of files which are automatically synced between all user's accounts using Bonjour.
As such, it offers an alternative to file server based shared folders or network drives."

"In addition to being glossy white, the Nintendo Wii is quite Macintosh friendly from a network perspective. Wii will play nicely with your Mac even at this early juncture in the it’s lifespan, with more (wired and wireless) innovations coming shortly.
Today, there are a few notable applications to get you started playing your iTunes music , watching videos, and showing photos using your Wii and all can be ready in a matter of minutes using your home network."
