No more ads to kids for Kellogg. Of course this is NYTimes newsworthy. It will be interesting to see if this is a more effective advertising strategy than advertising was.

BeeB article about new digital paper that can talk. Destined for "marketing innovations." Personally, I think this is destined to make people hate on advertising even more than they do now.

Completely un-self serving study shows that "Marketers haven't really lost control of their brands just yet," said Rob Mooth, VP-product development at Bases. "What we found were that the products that get the most buzz were the ones that were paying for it. ... Advertising agencies are probably more relevant than they've ever been for your business." Fascinating and revolutionary thinking perhaps? Hmmm....
