WikipediaFS allows you to mount a MediaWiki-based site on your Linux box, just as if it were a normal directory structure.

This means you can view and edit Wiki entries with any old text editor and they will be automagically updated on the Wiki.

At the end of May, Dell will begin selling desktop oriented Linux machines, built on Ubuntu's Fiesty Fawn release.

IBM and Redhat have done a lot in the server space, so it's going to be really interesting to see Linux make some headway in the general-purpose, desktop world.
